Train yourself to hear the dew fall on the ground,
Tame your ears to listen and differentiate how the insects and the birds sound.
Teach your eyes to be keen to see the rays of the sun turn from yellow to orange,
To know the shapes of the moon and know its seasons as it turns a new page.
Tutor your nose to capture the aroma of wild fruits,
To know that the scent of freshly brewed tea can actually come from its growing shoots.
Turn your tongue as you savour waters from clean streams and black berries from nature's best.
Try eating freshly wet soil that just awoke from its dry rest.
Awaken your feelings to the beauty of nature's uniqueness,
Realize that the smell of freshly cut grass is the smell plants release when in distress.
